Questions about billing

Are the free website and app for every studio?

They are included for the next 70 studios that become paying customers from October 19, 2026. 70 places are left right now. This number is live: it goes down only when a real studio pays its first invoice. The offer applies while places remain.

Is there a contract?

No. Every plan is month to month. You can leave whenever you like. If you pay for a year at once, you get two months free.

What if Klasvo doesn’t pay for itself?

Then your first month is free. If Klasvo doesn’t pay for itself in your first 30 days, ask and we refund that month. The website is on us.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, any time, to a bigger or a smaller plan. Your clients, history and settings stay just as they are.

Can I pay in my own currency?

Yes, if yours is on our list. We show prices in 10 currencies: US dollars, euros, pounds sterling, Australian dollars, Singapore dollars, Thai baht, Malaysian ringgit, Indonesian rupiah, Philippine pesos and Vietnamese đồng. Everywhere else, we show US dollars. When you start, we can give you a price in your own currency.

Is tax included?

No. Prices are before tax (VAT or GST). We add it where it applies.

Can my clients get text messages?

Yes, for studios in the US and Canada. In the US, Growth includes about 1,200 texts a month and Pro about 3,200, for class reminders, open waitlist spots and canceled classes, sent only to clients who opted in. The Studio plan has no texts. Need more? Buy 1,000 for $25 anytime in Settings; they last 12 months. If a month’s texts run out, reminders keep going by email and app notification, so you never pay for texts you did not choose. Emails and app notifications are unlimited on every plan. Texts start soon: we are finishing the registration US and Canadian carriers ask for. Until then, reminders go by email and app notification.
